A campaign that started in the Emergency services, to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing for emergency & essential service workers.
We support and raise funds for the vital work of the Mind Blue Light Programme and the Samaritans.

This is my hand, please hold it if you ever need to, and never feel you are alone.”

This message is at the heart of our campaign, even with friends and family around you, there may be times when you feel you’re on your own.

Please remember you are not alone, reach out, there will always be someone to hold your hand and help you through.

We're here if you need a hand
